Initial Meeting
Our goal here at Oasis Landscapes is to provide you with the outdoor paradise you’ve always wanted. Before we get into any design work, we want to talk with you about your goals for the project and determine what steps are needed to turn your dream into a reality.

Planning & Design
Here we need to nail down some of the initial parameters of your project. Once we have a determined budget in mind for the project, your designer will take site measurements and construct the initial site plan. This initial site plan is what we like to call the “bubble plan” as there are not set install dimensions and materials selected. As this plan doesn’t have exact material quantities, we will not provide an exact quote, but use this plan to provide you a reasonable estimate. We charge a nominal design fee to proceed from this “bubble plan” to the construction of a buildable site plan.

This step is where we will work together to determine exact plan features from the types of rocks around a foundation, specific plants or trees, to the type of mulch around your favorite shrubs. We will make any revisions to the plan as new ideas, and inspirations emerge during this plan building process. Everything we will complete will be written out for you in your quote so that you can see exactly what we will provide.

As the season progresses, our lead times varies, so we will always be in contact with you leading up to the start of the project. During the construction phase, our crew takes extra care to ensure your project is completed to the highest industry standard. If any questions arise or new ideas come up, we will work together to make any change order as seamless as possible. Following the construction of your new landscape, we will complete a walkthrough of your new “Oasis”. This will ensure that both parties can move into the warranty phase satisfied.

We are a proud veteran-owned business! As a special thanks to anyone else who has served our country, we will offer a military discount with proper documentation.
WARRANTY
We offer free warranties on our hardscapes, products/materials, installations, and landscaping plants. Our hardscape materials include a 3-year warranty. Our trees/shrubs are warranted for 1-year, perennials are warranted for 30 days, roses are warranted only until the first frost of the year they were installed. If the homeowner requests plant material that is not recommended for our hardiness zone, we will not extend the warranty to those specific plants and vegetation. Click here to read our full warranty!
